We are proud to announce that Yorktown ISD’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designations have been approved! This year, our designated teachers will receive a combined total of approximately $270,000 in additional compensation based on their designations!

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a state program that rewards high-performing teachers with additional financial recognition for their effectiveness and impact on student growth. These educators have demonstrated excellence in the classroom, and we are thrilled that their hard work is being recognized in such a meaningful way.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to our administrative leadership team—Mr. Nixon, Dr. Chandler, and Mrs. Patek—for their dedication to expanding the TIA program and making these designations possible for our teachers. Their commitment to this initiative has helped ensure that our educators are recognized and rewarded for their excellence in the classroom.

We are incredibly proud of our TIA-designated teachers and grateful for the leadership that made this possible. Stay tuned as we celebrate them in the coming months!
