10 Things To Try Before Calling I.T.

  1. Is it plugged in? Check all the connections and make sure they are all the way in.

  2. Be patient. Wait 30 seconds and try it again.

  3. Have you tried closing your 942 open tabs? That might speed things up.

  4. Is the Caps Lock on?

  5. What does the blue screen say exactly?

  6. Is it in the Recycle Bin?

  7. Check with your colleagues. Are they having the same internet issue?

  8. Be Honest.

  9. Can you recreate the problem?

  10. Shut down / Restart your laptop.
